5. Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from this contract and return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached.
Items marked Final Sale or Personal Care items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Moda Value reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
